musste mein Handy Palm Pre schon ein paarmal zurück setzen, durch das die gespeicherten Einträge gelöscht wurden. Wie und wo kann ich die Daten sichern? Wäre ein tolles app, aber nur nützlich wenn man die Daten sichern kann. Das Palm Pre hat noch öfters Software Probleme,dadurch muss man es wieder mal zurück setzen und dadurch gehen die gespeicherten Daten die man nicht auf dem PC speichern konnte verloren. Bitte um Antwort in Deutsch,kann nicht so gut Englisch.

Hi Petra,
die Sync-Funktion mit Hilfe der Desktop Version von Sorting Thoughts ist noch in Arbeit und man wird damit dann alle Einträge sichern können.
Die Desktop Version wird, wenn alles klappt, im Sommer zu einem fairem Preis verfügbar sein. Bis dahin können die Einträge nur einzeln mit der Mail-Funktion auf der Edit-Seite gesichert werden.

Hi Hendrik, ich benutze Sorting Thoughts täglich und warte gespannt auf die Desktop-Version. Das Progi läuft auf meinem Pre stabil! Bleibt es -trotz der Probleme bei Palm- an einer Weiterentwicklung??????

Keine Angst – nur weil Palm gerade etwas Probleme hat, werde ich die Entwicklung an Sorting Thoughts für webOS nicht einstellen. webOS ist ein super Betriebssystem, das eine Menge Potenzial hat. Ich kann mir nicht vorstellen, dass man webOS einfach so fallen lassen wird. Außerdem habe ich noch einige Features in Planung, die ich selber gerne benutzen will ;-)

I love your application. I’d been using Evernote, but while it is useful because it has voice, picture and text notes, the text notes are limited in characters. I would get halfway through my notes and have to split them. Which was a true pain. I can’t wait for your desktop version!

Wo werden die Inhalte von sorting thoghts gespeichert? Nach einer WebOS doctor Anwendung sind meine – Gott sei Dank – nur wenigen Inhalte verschwunden.

Hi Michael, die Datenbank von Sorting Thoughts liegt im App Storage Ordner. Bei mir heißt er:
/.app-storage/file_.media.cryptofs.apps.usr.palm.applications. com.sortingthoughts.palmpre_0/
Achtung: Der App Storage Ordner ist versteckt, du musst also im Finder oder Explorer dafür sorgen das versteckte Ordner angezeigt werden.
